Zachary and Chelsea were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Ann Stratton. A FBI warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor on January 12, 1998. Both children have small surgical scars on their necks. Zachary has braces on his teeth, a pierced left ear, and may be wearing glasses. The abductor may be wearing glasses and may have dyed her hair red. The abductor may be using the alias first names of Betty or Beth and the alias last names of Gould, Pugh, or Smith.
